I review existing content, product docs, sales decks, customer interviews, competitor messaging and search results. I use ChatGPT and Claude interchangeably to explore perspectives, validate assumptions and surface opportunities. Everything is organized in Obsidian, my second brain of research, frameworks and reusable ideas. Perplexity covers current market data and quick fact-checking.
